Xolution - a quest to obtain diversity

 

Founded as a Xolution to the lack of DIVERSITY in leadership positions, by displaying a list of top talent OF WOMEN AND MEN IN TOP MANAGEMENT.

Why: A gender equality Xolution contributing to UN’s SDG #5. It will take 108 years to close the gender gap, according to the Global Gender Gap Index. So we need need to act now to secure that future leadership is as diverse as the world we are leading.

What: We will take on key quests to ensure diversity - with these first in line:

Our first quest is to gather a list of female leaders who can deliver diversity to top management positions or boards. As advisors, influencers or potential candidates.

Our second quest will to be to continue to fight for diversity across
gender, demography, ethnicity, experience and nationality.

How: For our 1st quest we invite key male leaders to nominate three female leaders to build a list of top talent from Denmark to the rest of the world. The nominees will pay it forward by nominating three other female leaders, to create an exponential movement.
